Breathing and walking is instrumental to meditation practice. In previous and future podcasts, I discuss the importance of breathing consciously and in fact if we would breathe every breath with awareness, we would only breathe 10,000 breaths a day instead of 22,000. By mastering the Art of Conscious Walking, we prevent falls. Falls over age 50 become deadly but what a comfort knowing there's something we can do about it. This is what today's podcast is all about.
Great reminder at any age is to walk more consciously. As far as I can see Prayer helps everything except weeding.
